About Us

Pittsburgh Endodontics, formerly known as Just Endodontics, is the former practice of Dr. George Just and Dr. Richard Leffel. Just Endodontics opened in 1978 giving the practice over 40 years of history and rock solid reputation. When Dr. Just decided he was ready to lessen his workload, Dr. Michael Korch happened to be looking for a place he could make his professional home. The synergy between the two men was immediately identifiable, and the transfer of power made sense for everyone.

Dr. Korch along with Dr. Just and Dr. Michael Chaney, are here to service your needs. The office is being transformed into a state-of-art endodontic practice, limited to endodontics. We are conveniently located in Monroeville, Pa in the Ivanhoe building behind Lowe’s and next to UPMC East hospital. Free parking is available on site to all patients and we are open Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM with appointments on Saturday.

We use high magnification surgical microscopes and CBCT imaging to proudly give patients the highest standard of care. We offer same day emergency service as well as scheduled appointments.

Just Endodontics’ philosophy was to treat patients like family and Pittsburgh Endodontics will proudly carry that torch moving forward by operating under the same philosophy every single day.
